Looking at our work - Day 7 - Learning Environment

Looking at my work the past seven days, I've realized how important every task is to the people you serve.  If you work with a happy spirit, heart of love, and gentle hands; you will reap rewards greater than you could ever imagine.  The biggest part of working is learning about yourself.  That’s why some people can stay in the same job for years while, others move on after a few months or a few years.  As you learn more about yourself, you find out what works for you and what doesn’t.  We adapt to the environment and the environment begins to change us.  We change our perspective, our expectations, our ideas, and we grow as individuals.  We don’t always realize what an effect a job can have on us until we no longer have that job.
